What’s the best part about our bags? Besides being incredibly fabulous, each one is unique, just like the women carrying them. Even though you may not be able to tell with the blind eye, the handweaving process makes it so each of our bags is individually unique. This beautiful process tends to create subtle differences making each one its own piece of art.
Another reason our bags are so special is our design process. It all starts with an idea, which turns into many different sketches, which ultimately leads us to our beautiful creations you see here! Whether it’s a fun pop of color or neutral tones, each pattern and design takes so much trial and error until we believe it is perfect enough to become concrete.
Not only are the patterns made on the handloom, but also the stitching and tassels that make our bags pop are hand-finished. Even though these differences can be hard to spot, it is special to know that every part of the bag you are holding was made just for you.
